Made Possible.Position Summary:This position is responsible for auditing the process of shipments and material movements at the palletizer and at the dock.Tracking the put-away shipments off the palletizers for efficiency of daily loading processEnsure personnel at: Palletizers, MPA, and Rework are adhering to Mix Prevention procedures. Audit/Review outbounds shipments for pallet damage and proper loading.Assisting the CI Department with: customer complaint analysis / resolution, Z9 complaint entry into SAP, administrating our sample process, developing all internal and external continuous improvement reports, supporting warehouse operations,process improvement, identification and segregation of suspect product, auditing process inputs / outputs, implementation of the Corporate Process Management System as it relates to the warehouse, auditing 3PL operations activity, advises the shift supervisor on quality and continuous improvement activities.JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:This position is responsible for assisting the Continuous Department with: * Customer complaint analysis / resolution * Z9 Material complaint entry into SAP * Developing all internal and external continuous improvement reports * Supporting warehouse operations * Process improvement throughout the warehouse * Identification and segregation of suspect product * Auditing process inputs / outputs - Layered Auditing * Implementation of the Corporate Process Management System * Auditing 3PL processes around palletizer and shipping * Advises the shift supervisor on quality and continuous improvement activities * Publish mid and end of shift QA summary reports Required Skills * Strong leadership skills. * Good organization/project management skills. * Excellent written and oral communications skills. * Ability to work independently. * Able to multi-task with ease. * In-depth Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Access and SAP. * General knowledge of printing and converting technologies preferred.Salary Min: Salary Mid:Salary Max:Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
