Come join our team today!DUTIESManage activities of Water Department production and administrative personnel to ensure efficient operation of the departmentDevelop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjustersServe as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrierManage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitabilityMaintain branch budget and explore options to increase profitsParticipate in on-call rotationAssess and write an estimate for a water loss utilizing Xactimate Estimating softwareBuild and lead teams to deliver superior customer serviceCoordinate daily work for techniciansEnsure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidentsEvaluate employee performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policyQUALIFICATIONSMust have project management experienceGood customer service skillsMust obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision makingMust be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
