Callaway Resort and Gardens is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at the Country Kitchen. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in the restaurant and providing them with excellent service to encourage return visits. This role may require long hours and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and seat them at their tables Maintain accurate knowledge of restaurant layout, menu, and specials Answer guest inquiries about the menu and restaurant services Provide exceptional service to guests to ensure a positive dining experience Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant's hostess area Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age or older Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented attitude and a welcoming demeanor Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during busy and high-pressure situations If you are a friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, please apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Country Kitchen.
