Job Title: Lodge Kitchen buffet Food RunnerLocation: Callaway Gardens (Pine Mountain, GaWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Runner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our dining areas by maintaining a clean and organized environment.Responsibilities: Replace plates, pans, dishware as needed. Replenish buffet and other hot/cold Items. Uphold sanitation and food safety principles. Communicate with kitchen staff on replenishing items. Help keep kitchen stations clean and properly organized. Complete other side work assignments as needed. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age or older. Proven experience as a food runner or similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
