CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC Senior Valuation Consultant Dallas, Texas Resp: Carry out all aspects of client fieldwork relating to business valuation engage ments. This includes preparing financial statement analysis, preparing analyses of intellectual property & other intangible assets; computing financial ratios & performing comparisons among various companies; performing computations for WACC, CAPM & DCF analysis & equity & invested capital ratios. Will also communicate & resolve questions or issues with clients. Occasional domestic travel to client sites required. Req: Bach Deg. in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field plus 2 yrs of experience in valuation, consulting, or related field. Prior experience must include 2 yrs of experience working with WACC, CAPM and DCF, 2 yrs of experience creating valuation deliverables and 2 yrs of experience working in client services.
