The Restaurant Supervisor must have excellent customer service skills; supervisory experience; Food server experience and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Other resposibilities include the day to day operations of the kitchen, food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen. Must ensure equipment safety and food safety standards are met, equipment maintenance, monitoring food cost controls, and food quality standards.
