Our goal is to redefine the car wash industry with the latest technology, top-notch friendly service, and unwavering dedication to its employees!As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, helping us identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for open positions. Screening and Qualification: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide a positive candidate experience. Database Management: Input and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as job posting, candidate correspondence, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related role is a plus but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements: Can pass a drug test and criminal background check. Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
